My gift is vision. My vision allows me to understand strengths and weaknesses. The humility granted to me through a life full of successes and lessons enhances my gift.
I accept people and things as they are without judgment.
All things work together for good. My vision allows me to see the good while my work ethic gives me the grace and endurance to travel the distance from the present to the envisioned future.
I can coach on how to be a super hero. To be a super hero is to be supernatural. Supernatural is defined as something that cannot be explained by science or natural law. Non-Cognitive skills such as resilience, tenacity, wherewithal etc. cannot be measured or understood by science or natural law.
These are the skills I help develop and strengthen. “It’s the non-cognitive skills that make men great.” David Goggins.
